28/09/23 11:30 Fidas PM stopped reporting.

Fidas analyser is showing Windows messages indicating trying to update software, issues with temp disk space, and internet connection, and requesting a Palas password to access. Tried resetting power etc, not fixed.

Discussed at length with Acoem (Arun) Could not resolve remotely, will need an engineer callout.

12/10/2023 Engineer on-site.Files have been corrupted some how - was unable to resolve. Engineer has removed Fidas back to office to fix.

01/11/2023 14:00 Acoem engineer re-installed Fidas.
