22/05/2024 12:30 PM data shows a very high spike then stopped. Site was being six month service by Acoem engineer. During the Fidas calibration, which requires the heating element to be run for a period, he could smell a strong smell of smoke from the back of the unit, and found the cable connecting the two had burnt. Engineer has removed FIDAS unit for investigation and repair.

09/07/2024 : Acoem issued Quote AMLQ17025 for repair via return to Germany (replacement IADs unit and other issues). Expected to take 4-6 weeks from this date.

15/10/2024 13:45 Fidas finally re-installed.
