02/07/2021 Investigation shows RCD tripped across all devices. Not responding to RCD Test button, appears to be mains power supply issue.
07/07/2021 Acoem Engineer call out confirmed mains supply, need electrician
09/07/2021 Electrician investigation indicates that the power supply inside the external power supply unit (only accessible with triangular key) is tripping before the internal RCD box tripped out (ie cutting out all power to the cabinet instead of just tripping the circuit for the faulty equipment). After some testing, appears that it is the Air Con unit is causing the fault.
09/07/2021 Requested callout from Air Con maintenance company - but needs a PO first. Waiting for quote to put in the requisition.
12/07/2021 AIrcon engineer arrived. Diagnosed AIr con compressor faulty, but "unlikely to find replacement" as it is an old model,recommended new AirCon unit.
16/07/2021 Quote for new aircon received and requisitioned.
Aircon provided did not fit cabinet and needed a new bespoke caninet wall to be commissioned.
01/04/2022 Re-assembled cabinet and switched back on - still no data coming through. Requested callout to check re-instatement of installation and the comms failure.
06/04/2022 Acoem engineer resolved comms problem, and calibrated the analysers. Gases working fine, but issue with the FIDAS IADS weather station or cable was found not be not functioning and was removed back to supplier for repair/investigation.
